Hair Help Please!

I've been searching for the right person to do hair (and possibly makeup) for some time now and I can't find the right combo of price and quality.  Does anyone have a good suggestion of people who willl travel to the hotel for this?  We'll be at Shingle Creek getting ready. 

Oh...I've spoken to both Meghan Davis and Simone with Makeover Station, but I really need to find someone less expensive, especially for my bridesmaids and the moms....

Any suggestions are super appreciated!

You can check with local salons/day spas and see if they have  traveling people. Also if you find someone that you like at a salon they can alway  get the day off and do it then . Sorry can't help you much.

Honestly, for your own hair and make up, I would recommend just going with the best.  The price difference between inexperienced and experienced is like 60 bucks  at most and it is worth 60 bucks for you to be happy with your pictures.  You pay way more than that for your pictures and if you don't like your hair and make up, you won't like any of your pictures.  Hire Meghann Davis for you and someone more inexpensive for your bridesmaids if they can't afford it.

Have you checked with Patricia Lejeune?  I know she can do both hair and makeup.  You might want to check out Natalie from Knockout Artistry too.  I don't think she does hair but she would be worth checking out.

I used Kara (makeup, but she also does hair if there are a small number of girls) and Sandra (hair).  I LOVED them and their work.  They come to you, and offer discounts depending on how many services you book.

Hmmm...Leslie at Studio Cara will be out of your price range. I know Shannon Miller who used to work for Leslie has started her own business and has much lower prices. Try giving her a call! 1 407.394.5383 . She did my SIL's wedding makeup and it was gorgeous. She has done my makeup before, too. Give her a call, explain your situation, and see what kind of package she can put together for you!
