Renting/buying string bistro lights for outdoor wedding

Hello,

I am getting married outdoors at a vineyard (Gold Hill Vineyard in Placerville, CA) in October, and I want to put up the string bistro/globe lights over our reception space. I am having a hard time finding a company to hire to do this that is within our budget, or figuring out an easy way to buy our own and string them up.

Any suggestions on reasonably priced lighting rental companies in the Sacramento/Auburn/Roseville area? Or suggestions on the cheapest place to buy our own bistro lights from?
