    Regarding Justine, she got an e-mail from her saying that she didn't feel they were a right fit...and this is after Katie's wedding.  Justine asked her in an email very nicelyif she could please explain to her what happened because after Katie's wedding she was ignoring her.  Then she blocked Justine and never responded.  I guess she assumed it was because of the meal and Michi never said anything to her about the meal, she found out from Katie.  The meal was not her fault. The contact for the catering company was not present at the event. So Justine told her twice via phone that the meal needed to be correct. She also advised the catering staff (who was running an hour and a half late that day) 3 times that the meal needed to be delivered to this person at said table. Justine left during dinner and did not eat to get Katie's smores stuff. Before she left she let the server know one last time about the special meal.  She never knew the meal was never taken to her. But they had it, they just had to ask for it.  When Justine found out about the meal it was from Katie when she sent her the email with her "review" and that when Justine tried to reply to the email about that and so many other things that were off about the review, she blocked her on email, aim and FB and never responded....

    Man...this is rough. It bothers me knowing how hard it is to negotiate w/ the colonnade, and how many brides are on a tight budget and can't afford to have lavish weddings. So to think that they upgrade based on this is upsetting. I'm officially over that place.However...and please don't eat me alive for this!Playing devil's advocate...how do we know all this is true?MIA, you're hilarious and I'm not saying you're making it up, but these are serious accusations and I feel like they need to be backed up, you know?I dunno what to believe. Michelle's always been really nice and helpful, and sure she mentioned her vendors, but so did I and everyone else. Anytime someone asked for a florist rec, I'd yell Petal Pro, at the top my lungs. I do it because I think they're the freakin bomb, though and I sincerely think that they could make knottie weddings beautiful. How can we confirm that she receiving benefits for doing what we all do? I dunno, maybe I'm naive...but I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt. You can't shoot first and then ask questions...INMO.Though, I do believe these questions need to be answered.

    UPS- I have no time to create a fantasy world. There are emails, aims and all to back up the TRUTH. However, there are brides on this board they may not post in this thread, that have contacted me, and have been basically decieved by Michi, so there is your truth. The people who were taken advantage of, the people that tell people stuff through emails and other forms of communication. Everything I have posted on has been verified. Thanks for asking

    I think the major thing Justine did was put her as a vendor in her blog after Katie's wedding. The meal was *probably* the excuse. But who knows!

    Man, I feel like you just told there's no Santa Claus...lol!I'm like..sad about this! I know I'm a dork, but I honestly feel really bad about it. Especially since Michelle has a serious medical condition, I always felt that it must really mean a lot to her family to see her make it to her wedding day. I've always held her in high esteem. I really hope there's some sort explanation to all this...

    Zobo, I think Michi needed a special meal because of her illness, since she has dietary needs. And the caterer didn't serve it and they blamed Justine, no?? This what I've pieced together...the special dietary meal is my guess cause I know Michi blogs about a special diet.

    Crew, Michi has MS: Multiple Sclerosis, a disease that severely affects the immune system and nerves. I think that's what the special meal was about...but, i'm not sure.

    Ok. I knew she had MS, and I have never once heard from any of my family/friends who have this about any dietary needs. I stand corrected. Still, not handled right.

    ok... im reading these responses and im so confused..but now im getting upset.... pleasee someone email me the post: jsoto@whopper.com!i dont understand what is going on and i really need clarification because now im reading things that seem like some of us are getting deceied and i dont want to jump to conclusions before reading the post first! im a colonnade bride and i know that they upgraded her because ivette from the colonnade told me- but i was under the impression that her parents paid, but now i want to understand the rest. please email me!!

    Well that's the thing, she told us all here that her parents "surprised her and gifted" the rotunda to her. We have clarification now that it just happened to be available on that day, no extra money needed.

    ok I normally don't get involved with drama and go along my little merry way.. I'm seriosuly intrigued now - can someone email me tiffanyc0922 at comcast dot net.  From what I've read  - I'm guessing "some Mod" alledgely received "said compensation/services" by recs.. Am I missing anything?I've never just booked because someone on here did or how "said vendor" is amazing.. I went with what I could afford and vendors I liked.. but if this is the case.. Holy Hell has this board been misleading and disgraceful on which "said Mod" stood for... I'm still in OMG mode

    Exactly. Even if they did upgrade her b/c she met the minimum and the room was available, WHY LIE ABOUT IT!?!?!Both she and katie said the parents gifted it to her.

    Medov, yeah, but Michi was a guest...so maybe it was suppose to be served to her at katie's, but there was a mix-up or w/e, and Justine was fired as Michi's coordinator. I'm assuming...though it seems to be something pretty minor to figure someone over. INMO
