For flights you're just going to have to price it out.  If possible go in the off season.  It gets very expensive very fast down. As an example, I went in mid Jan. parking was 5 dollars by the end of the week that same spot was 20.00. It is a lot fun and there is lots to do; kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, southern most point, fishing, drag shows, great bars and eating.  It's all in what you want to do.  Hope that helps a little.

Have you been to Key West? If so, where did you stay at?

I've been to Key West numerous times, and where you stay depends on what you are looking for.  You basically have two options, you can stay on or close to Duval Street (which is like the "main drag" of Key West, where most of the bars are, think of it at the equivalent of Bourbon Street in New Orleans), or, you can stay closer to the beaches.  Keep in mind, Key West is not known for their beaches, and most are man made and small.  However, if you are looking for a beach vacation, you should look for a spot away from "historic downtown".  If you stay on the beach, you'll need to take a shuttle or a taxi to Duval Street to enjoy the bars and entertainment.  There is a Marriott, a Sheraton, and a Hyatt that are "beachside".  Most hotels do you have free shuttles, but its just something to consider.  You can stay at a hotel RIGHT on Duval Street/Historic Downtown (I recommend the Crown Plaza, best location if you want to stay close to the party!).  Or you can stay at a hotel close to "Old Town" which is going to be on the ocean, close to Duval, close to Mallory Square, but no beach access.  An example would be the Hyatt Key West Resort.

Let me know if you see a specific property and you wanted additional details on it!  Hotels.com is a good place to start!

Thank you so much for all the info! I believe we are looking more for the beaches then the party scene, want it to be a little romantic since it is our honeymoon!
