Have you considered doing a freelace photographer? They are cheaper. Thats what we are doing for our wedding, ceremony only. Its a friend of my mothers.

Also check out Heart & Soul Imagery in Medina. She did my friends service only for just a couple hundred dollars and did a great job. I know she works within all budgets! Good luck. www.heartsoulimagery.com
