You know that saying, you get what you pay for? Well I hadn't even paid yet and was unhappy. She flirted with my fiance the whole time during our meeting and was very unprofessional. Not to mention that fact that her website has pictures of herself...How is that showing off her skills. Very disappointed. Stay away from the photographer, Janel.

Well, your 1st warning should have been that the url to her website is janelita.wix.com. Your 2nd should have been that her bio reads : I'm 20 years old and love art. I've been a singer/dancer for 17 years, but when I found out I had an eye for photography it has been my addiction.

Honestly, I can't believe your surprised at what you experienced. It's your wedding, don't ever skimp on something as important as photography. Promotion is everything and if her website is sketchy, she probably was going to be as well. I'm sorry you went through that.

That's crazy. Whe I googled that yesterday the only website that popped up was the url I posted. And it was the same girl! Now it's saying the website doesn't exist. LOL super sketch.

Yesterday, when I read this post, I went to the website that was originally posted and it was there.  In this "new" website she has a different last name.  Not quite sure what is going on, but that is very strange...

Found it, 

The bad website is working as of now: http://janelita.wix.com/foreverafter#!resume. 

However, it's the same Janel H from the new website I found yesterday (the last names match according to the contact page)

One has her last name in the Bio section as Gomez then in the About section of the other it says Herranz.  I didn't look at the contact pages, but it all just seems sketchy like STBMrs said.

terrible. Regardless, I'm glad this was posted because at least other brides know to avoid this. Her other website looks really nice, I can see someone buying into that
