Atlanta/ North GA Venues

I'm on a very tight budget and looking to hold a very small ceremony and then have a open reception. I'm looking for odd, unique, victorian, or gothic locations for either ceremony or reception. 

For the ceremony we will have less than 20 guests.

For the reception, we are planning on 125 attending. 

We're having it late in the evening and will most likely have an open bar and be serving heavy appetizers. The ceremony will be at sunset, and the reception will follow around 8 pm.

Any ideas?? I don't even know where to start! All I can find are antebellum historical homes or gardens and hotel ballrooms.

I don't know anything about Atlanta, but have you checked around for castles? I don't know what you are envisioning, but maybe you could try getting tours of the venues that you've found already. That's always a good place to start. Good luck!
