LOVED these vendors

hi girls...

My wedding was on July 18, 2010.... I had such a great time planning thanks to lurking on these boards that I decided to post reviews on my vendors.

Ceremony + Reception- THE CLARKE ESTATE (562) 868-3876 in Santa Fe Springs. I choose this location because it is BEAUTIFUL and reasonably priced. I had a total of 55 guest so i decided to have the reception in the courtyard(if you want it on the lawn its about a thousand more). Other great reasons to choose this location 1. they allow you to bring in your on alcohol (beer, wine, liquor... anything you want, as much as you want) 2. You are the only party on the location 3. The staff is EXCELLENT, they are helpful and easy to work with. 4. You bring in your own caterer so you can shop around.

DJ- ROSS CREATION (562) 654-5771 we had DJ Danny and he was amazing... he had eveyone dancing all night. He was bilingual, a great speaker, stuck to our choice of music, and helped keep everything on schedule.

Mariachi- Perla de Guadalajara (323) 252-0813 we had a mariachi play for 2 hours after dinner and my family loved it. They were friendly, arrived on time, took a short break, and had everyone singing.

Makeup- MAC counter at the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia. My artist was Ginger.
The makeup looked natural and I LOOOOVED it.

Gown- Alfread Angelo in San Gabriel- The service was good but the alterations were RIDICULOUS.... do NOT get alterations there.

Guestbook- Shutterfly.com - I made a photobook using our favorite photos. We got a discount card from Target after doing our registry, so i only paid about $10 for it.

Honeymoon- Carnival Cruise- We went on a 7 day cruise in the caribbean. We visited Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Dominica, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, and St. Maarten. SO WORTH IT! The food was delicious and the beaches were great.

Wedding cost was about $7000
Honeymoon cruise about $2000 (airfare was additional $1000)

Hope this helps Kiss
