So I am going to post how I am feeling and am curious to see if you can help me out.

Yesterday my ears started hurting but they would hurt on the inside of my ear only when I bent down.

I have a habit of holding my nose when I sneeze and when I did, I would feel even MORE pain but then that would go away.

So now, I am sitting upright and my ears on the inside are hurting.

Could I possibly have an ear infection?

Are they itching or are you wanting to rub them?  Are you noticing any discharge or extra earwax?

Are you having any sinus issues?

They dont itch nor do I want to rub them...they just hurt...lol...like a throbbing sensation...but gets worst when I lean over...as if ALL the pain shoots there...

My ears seem to itch more and I want to clean them...but it hasnt done that since last night.

No sinus issues at the moment

Its kind of giving me a headache...

I would go to the doctor.  It may not be anything but it would be best to let them check you out.
