Hi everyone, I have been on the knot for a little while now, just lurking & looking up things, but I am now officially engaged to my bestfriend. We have been together for over 7 years, and have two children together.
We started off as a young family, and felt that since we had children together that we didnt have to get married right away, We took our time and did what was right for us.
He proposed to me last weekend
He took me and our kids up to the bedroom, had them sit next to me, and he read me such a sweet poem, said his speech to me, and got down on one knee. I was literally in tears.
It was amazing to have that happen, with the most important people in my life right by my side.
