hello ladies, my name is Stephanie & I just got engaged on 11/5/10 to my boyfriend (Ryan) of 2 years

he proposed at the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia

we have decided the date will be either September 10, 2011 or November 11, 2011. We live in West Virginia but close to Virginia so we have quite a few naturally beautiful settings nearby to pick from for the wedding

I can't wait to really start planning the wedding

Congratulations and welcome to the boards! If you're planning an 11/11/11 wedding then I would start now. That date is very popular and I'm sure many venues are already booked for that date. Good luck and happy planning!

hopefully we will have picked a date for sure in the next couple of days. I have a few venues in mind for the wedding so I guess we will just wait and see who has what available when. If all else fails, my family owns a large bit of land out in the country that would be just as beautiful as a fancy resort wedding. But we will see
