So, I'm newly engaged and have been looking to do my announcement for the newspaper.  Problem is, my FH, has never graduated and hasn't quite gotten his GED yet.  How do I polietly write that in an announcement without making the love of my life, seem like a dropout?

    Umm...why do you need to discuss his school at all? Just leave it out all together. If you really feel the need to put something about it in just say he is currently working towards his GED.

    Yup, just leave it out. You don't have to put all the details. When we did our engagement announcement we just said June wedding and not the specific date or time. If it is one of those preset forms that you fill out online, just don't put anything, no biggie.
