Hair and makeup may take longer than what you have listed but if you have makeup done at the same time you are getting hair done it may work well.  They started my hair at 8am and we ended up finishing around 11:30.  I then had to run to the MAC counter for makeup which took at least an hour.  With the hair I had long long hair that needed to be curled so there may be a difference there.

Your pictures for BMS will take longer than you have listed. You will need at least an hour.  Same with getting dressed.  If you are going to have photos taken while ou are dressing you will need more time.

Cake cutting maybe closer to when dancing starts and do the bouquet and garter toss not too long after.

My biggest suggestion is start hair and makeup earlier so you have lots of time for pics.

You don't want to feel rushed.  You want to be as relaxed as you can be.

I say leave extra time.  Instead of putting some times as 6:52 round up and allow for more time.  Then if you have time left over, you won't feel so rushed.  You have to expect that things will not run according to plan so if you leave enough extra time in there, you wont be stressed if you are a little off schedule =)

I also say add some extra time for getting ready.
