Program help please!!

I am feeling some pressure with 82 days to go and no idea what to do for my programs. I dont need anything big, we just want the date, place, and parents/bridal party names. I was hoping to put an engagement picture on them. Anyone have any DIY suggestions that wont cost a ton? We originally got a program kit from Michaels but I returned it because we really didnt need that much space. I was wondering if anything cute could be done on vistaprint- open to any suggestions, I just got a new printer so I can print at my house now. Thanks ladies!!

Programs aren't really necessary, you could cut them out. I liked the kit I got from Michael's but it sounds like I included more information than you want to. I am pretty sure kappaucf and bayhunter made their own, maybe check out their bios. If you can print at your house I would get some cardstock and start messing around instead of using vistaprint.

You could make a little 'fan' type program like this:My cousin's wife made these for their wedding.

The ones I am making have the ceremony information and bridal party info printed on metallic cardstock with a vellum overlay with our monogram printed on it.  The sheets are held together with a bow on top.  They are super easy and cheap to make.  No PIB yet, but I can send you one if you are interested.

I was also going to suggest a fan program.  I can't remember whether your wedding is outside or not, but if it is, that would be great. You could also do a simple slim line one page program.

I second the kit idea from Britt. I also bought these from Michael's with a 50% coupon and with the template they were pretty easy to do (still have to print my inside paper today).

I was also going to suggest the fans but if you really want something simple then I agree with just getting some card stock and playing around with it.

Thanks ladies! Sry I got caught up at work and just got back online. Pretty cardstock could be nice- love those pink fans too. Do you think a december outdoor wedding makes fans seem silly? Also where is a good place to get a nice pink cardstock? Thanks!!

I bought all my paper through paperandmore.com.  Everything has been great quality.

Our programs were very simple and easy.  There's a not so great pic of the front of them in my married bio under details (if you want to see the back of them, I can find a pic).  I just designed them in Photoshop which took about 5 minutes (you can use any program you want).  Then I had them printed at Staples.  The guy there did it for free when he found out it was for our wedding so it didn't cost us a dime :).  They provided the paper and cut them up for me too.
