Budget Friendly Panhandle Wedding

I am looking for a budget friendly venue and reception in Destin/ Panama City Beach area. We are estimating 60 people and hoping to get married April or June 2013. Maybe even interested in a wedding planner for the day of and with assistance getting local vendors. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated oh and looking to keep Budget Total less than 6k.

I don't know how much Boatyard Club would charge for weddings but I was there last night and I've said this before and I'll say it again: I'd totally get married at Boatyard if I was getting married in PCB :-)  I saw a wedding there a month or two ago and it was so cool.  They got married upstairs and then hung out in the cocktail room downstairs while the staff converted the upstairs for the reception.  The food is awesome and so is the staff.  Love it!!  I know Spinnakers has weddings there, too.  Both places probably offer wedding coordinators.
