Rehearsal Dinner in Phoenix/Scottsdale?

Hi!  Can any of you girls tell me where you had your rehearsal dinner in northeast Phoenix or north Scottsdale?  Or any good suggestions or ideas for approximately 20 people and not too expensive?  Rehearsal is near Tatum/Cave Creek.  I am having a total mental block and need to get going on this (since my MIL is not taking charge).  Thanks!

    I am having my rehearsal dinner at the horny toad in Cave Creek. The first hour is going to be about 20 people and then after that we are opening it up to everyone who is invited to the wedding. Most of our guests are from out of town so we wanted somewhere with a southwest feel and we wanted to keep it casual.
