Price estimate: tents for an outdoor wedding in Arizona

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with renting tents for an outdoor wedding in Northern Arizona. I am getting estimates later this week for a 150 guest wedding from a few places I googled but I was hoping for a frame of reference to use from someone more experienced than me.

    Where in Northern AZ are you getting married?  I live in Flagstaff and don't know of many places where you would need a tent...and I am not sure if there is anyone up here to get tents from....I think everyone gets it from Tri-City Rentals in Phx (I see their trucks up here all the time...I know the City of Flagstaff uses them for the events @ Wheeler Park).     Nothing is definite but I know my FH got really excited about getting married on his family's land north of Holbrook on the Navajo Reservation- close to Indian Wells actually. It is really in the middle of nowhere and about an hour away from town. Flagstaff is the closest "big city" to the area but I don't know anyone that's been married up there. He wanted me to figure out a budget so we can start saving.
