This past weekend I came to Phoenix to get some wedding business taken care of, and I accomplished everything I set out to do! Woo hoo! The goal for the weekend was to find a cake baker and, more importantly, to find bridesmaids dresses while all 4 of them were actually available at the same time! 2 cake tastings and a ton of dress stores, and both were done by Sunday at noon!I ended up going with La Dolce Pesca for my cake. She did my friend's cake in March, and I have to say she makes the best tasting cakes I have ever had! I highly recommend checking her out if you have not picked your cake yet.The bridesmaids dresses were a longer process! We went to both bridal stores and regular dress stores and ended up finding the perfect dress at White House Black Market. All the girls agreed on it and they all looked great!
