OMG What to Wear!!!

I have my e-pics in two weeks from today.  I have no idea what I should wear!  FI keeps asking me so he can plan if he needs to go shopping (busy school schedule) so I need to figure it out pronto!  Help me out with some suggestions please!  I don't want to be matchy matchy, but still look nice and match together...if you get what I mean!  Our pictures are going to be at Tempe Town Lake.  What did you ladies wear for yours or plan on wearing for yours?

Our photog just gave us one suggestion- solids. Prints can be harder to photograph. And we were allowed an outfit change. So we did one casual outfit- both in jeans, I wore a white top and he wore a blue one. Then we wore a dressy outfit where I wore a dress (black and white) and he still had the jeans but a nice black shirt on.

We did an outfit change as well.
Casual - we both wore jeans, him in a beige shirt, me in purple.
Formal - me in a black dress, him in slacks and a black and white striped shirt.

If you go to my planning bio, there is a link for E-Picts and a lot of mine are there.

This was the advice I got - Bright colors work really well.  No small prints, but I was told if you are going to wear a dress large prints work well because a solid color with nothing breaking it up looks overwhelming.  I was also told to avoid the 'trendy' look and go classic so they don't look too dated in 10 years.  Of course you will age so the photos will look outdated to a degree, but no skinny jeans.

Something I did was to just go to a lot of wedding photographers websites and blogs and click on their Engagement section and just look at what worked and did not work.
