tasting/planning meeting with caterer

i'm having my tasting/planning meeting with our caterer/reception site - any tips or things i should remember? i don't want to forget any details!

If you want them to cut the cake - make sure they know this / find out if there is an additional fee.

If you want boxes to-go - so the guests can take home a piece of cake - let the caterer know this.

Coffee - do you need regular and decaf?

Any vegetarian meals needed?

Will you need any chairs/tables cleared - for the dance floor?

Find out the date you need to let them know the final guest count.
