Wedding dress alterations

Any recommendation on wedding dress alterations?  I'm wearing my sister's so I can't get it altered where she bought it (it's against their policy).  I called who my co-worker recommended and she's booked until 2012!

My wedding is in August.  I like in Lincoln Square but work near O'Hare.

Any recommedations GREATLY appreicated!!

I used Sue's Bridal Alterations in Naperville. She did a gorgeous job on my wedding gown. Many knotties have used her and she has great reviews on Yelp too!

I've know the "BEST"seamstress! Came for Italy! Many years experience! She is truley the best of the best. You will not find anyone that is better! She can do the impossiable. She is often called in to fix what other seamstresses can't do or messed up. She is utilized by top-notch bridal salons. If something can be done, she is the one. She also designs wedding gowns from scratch. She has designed formal gowns for me that include Bridesmaid, Communion, Prom, and Homecoming. FYI: I just became a member. I am responding to everyone looking for alterations. Michela is the BEST and I am so grateful I found her. I just want to share with everyone. She has owned a bridal salon for years and now continues to do her own alterations/creations. She is worth the ride. You can take the new I355 and be there in know time.
