Hi everyone,

I am sure this has been mentioned before but I have heard conflicting reports so I hope you don't mind I am asking again. Has anyone used them or at least looked at them? What were your thoughts? I have heard good and bad and was looking for more opinions.

I am impressed by the expanse of his marketing/advertising efforts - - but honestly, when I take a good look at the pictures on his postcards and whatnot, I'm really not imprssed by them.  I just tossed one in the garbage - it was a bride smiling as her groom had one arm around her - and was wiping sweat off his brow with a handkerchief in the other hand (definitely not wiping tears away).  Wiping tears is photo-worthy, but sweat?  no thank you.  If he's choosing what he thinks is his best work for his promotional literature, i wouldn't be oppressed.  just MHO.

Everyone in my office just raves about him. I have to agree with verdesiempre14 though and say that when I take a look at the photography that was done for the girls in my office, I am really not impressed. I have a very close friend, independent photographer who does just as good and even better photography for far less money and more personalized experience. It also depends on the style you want for your photographs. I just don't think the hype is all that worth it. Just MHO.

We are going for a consultation with them tomorrow evening. We got a few different deals from them and thought we'd check it out. Our venue has them listed as a preferred photographer and the pictures/books we were shown of his were phenominal.

It all depends on who you get as your photographer. If you check out their FBpage you'll see a wide range of quality. I met with my photographer and love the work he has on his website. TWA is all free-lanced photographers. So far I have loved working with them. I think the only things I am not too happy with is that you are REQUIRED to buy a wedding album after your wedding and it IS NOT included in your package.
