Anyone w/ Hotel Block at Palmer House Hilton Downtown

I am running into issues with the Senior Event Manager at the Palmer House and I wanted to see if anyone else had had a similar experience? They aren't willing to accommodate our Welcome Bags and they told me that parking wasn't able to be discounted, but when I called the parking garage they told me that Palmer House can discount the parking.

I'm annoyed because we are bringing them business and in an off-season time.

  • I haven't had that same experience specifically, but wanted to let you know that you're not alone. We specifically chose not to have our wedding at the Palmer House because we felt that the event coordinators were too inflexible/impersonal.

    I know my mom planned an event there for 700+ people a few years ago, I can ask her what they did for parking and let you know...

    <div>
    </div><div><div>The contact info is at <a href="http://www.funkyjazzypop.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.funkyjazzypop.com</a></div><div>
    </div><div>I am getting  a band/DJ package where the guyI actually sing Michael Buble kinda stuff with a live jazz trio or recordings for Cocktails, and DJs the rest of the night...The price it just over a DJ price since he is both the singer and dj. He said he hires "gigging pros" that can leave early enough to make a "real gig"  so the costs stay low. He is an AMAZING singer!</div><div>
    </div><div>He pays you $100 if you refer him to a friend and they hire him too! I already got 2 friends using him!</div></div>
