Waukegan illinois wedding venue

Anyone have any suggestions for inexpensive recpetion venues in or around Waukegan, IL? For a march wedding of 200.

    This is in Grayslake!  The Byron Colby Barn

    My brother had his wedding here and did it very affordably.

    We looked at a few venues in the area...

    Midlane Golf Course/Resort is one, but to be honest, we weren't terribly impressed.

    Milan Banquet Hall does a lot of weddings/receptions, and I've heard good things but we did not use them.

    We ultimately had our ceremony and reception at Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling (off of Milwaukee Avenue, about 25 minutes south of Waukegan) and they were PHENOMENAL. If you are a bit flexible in the city, I would check them out.

    If you click on weddings then you can click on the year for a price sheet - they have a tent that will hold 200 on the beach -
