Table for...

My wedding will be at Olowalu.  We are trying to figure out how many tables and chairs to rent.  Do I need to rent an additional table for my vendors (WC, Photographer, DJ)? I'd like to feed them ofcourse, so I figure we would need a table/chairs for them right?  What is everyone else doing for their vendors?

You do not need to rent an additional table for your vendors. When you feed them, they'll probably just go off to the side or inside the house to eat, however it works. But it would be a bit awkward if the people you are paying had a table to eat at where the guests could see...

We are feeding our vendors, but aren't worried about where they eat. The vendors are definitely smart enough to eat where and when it is apporpriate during the night.

I got married at Olowalu and we fed our vendors and they all ate at the tables on the lanai. I asked this same question of my WC and she said they typically eat up on the lanai and aren't usually fed until all of your guests have been fed.
