Catering...do we orders the plates and forks and other???

Aloha, for the catering and reception site,  should i order the plates and forks and chairs, and glasses and knifes and all the things that goes with it ????
or you caterer brought everything ???

i wanted a caterer for a hawaiian Luau, any suggestions ?

For our caterer we have to rent plates, forks, knives, etc.

We did find a caterer in Oahu that provided plates, forks, knives with their catering services (Keneke's).

Definitely check with your specific caterer.  Ours provided all of the dinnerware, utensils, and barware.  Not all do, but many do.  Some caterers also assist with tables / chairs / linens but ours did not, and we used our WC to help us get those.

Our WC took care of our rentals which included china, forks, glassware, etc. as well as everything else which was a huge relief
