Shoes - what are Hawaii brides choosing?

Okay... we hit the "2 months to go" mark the other day and I am starting to flip out with the many details that I still need to chase down.. one being my own shoes ... which I need to have in hand in 1 month for my 2nd dress fitting. 

We are getting married at Sugarmans and I have been told it is a somewhat long walk, across grass.  I am short, my fiance is a foot taller than me and I live in heels most of the time (and even do pole dance/pole fitness as a hobby).  I definitely want a heel but know a stilletto won't work.  I am not wild about any wedges that I have found.

I wore 4 inch heels from Nina Shoes and added SoulMates just to be safe.  I had absolutely no problems walking at Sugarman back in March   It definitely is a longish walk but not much more than your typical church aisle.  I can't remember exactly, but it was something like 45-60 seconds from the top of the stairs to the ceremony point at a moderate walking pace.

also wearing solemates.... the just got home and fit perfectly in my heel, looks like theres a pretty good chance they'll work in grass, already recommended to all my female guests!

make sure to contact them beforehand though to ask for sizes of the Narrow, Original and Wide versions, to see which one fits your shoes. I hand't realized that and had to return the original to exchange for a wide. the good news is that they were super fast in the email communication and in the exchange/shipping!

Thanks for the tips ladies.  i found some stillettos and will hope the Soulmates do the trick (okay, maybe I'll have some backup wedge heels just in case, too)....
