    Dear Previous Tenants,

    Why did you have to smoke so darn much in the apartment? They painted the walls when you left, but I can smell it everywhere and it reaks. And did you ever think to wash the windows? How many times am I going to have to wipe them before the greasy smokey crud is all gone? Ugh. You owe us some clean windows, air freshener, and some windex.
