What are your weekend plans...WR or NWR??!?

WR: My aunts are throwing me a shower on Sunday and I am so excited!!!  I also am having my hair trial done tomorrow. Heading to Anchor Paper to pick up all the paper for our programs. So much fun stuff!!!

NWR: House projects!!!  My mom is coming up tomorrow to help me with all WR and NWR stuff!!! She is the best!!!

So glad it's finally FRIDAY!!!!

WR: One more cake tasting appointment (Wuollet's) on Saturday and then we'll probably book our cake vendor. We also hope to tackle registering (Williams-Sonoma and BBB) this weekend!

NWR: Just the usual assortment of household chores, plus a family birthday dinner on Sunday evening.

WR: Going to try and get a ton done this weekend so I stop stressing (been a bad week for that) so:
-buy brads, have FI cut out vellum, and emboss and assemble all programs this weekend
-work on seating charts- have a good start on this already
-attach clip to hair flower (BUY clip first)
-buy more crepe streamers and assemble photobooth backdrop
-FI needs to paint the remaining photo frames gold (I bought 5 more)
-Buy thank you cards for parents
-wrap BM gifts
-Figure out mother/son dance song
-work more on day of timeline

NWR: Well- my parents heard how stressed I was so they are coming down saturday to stay with us and help with the programs. My MOH is coming over saturday afternoon to help as well, which I really appreciate.


I went on a tear last night also- in a matter of about an hour, I went to dollar tree and bought red cake serving plates, red wrapping paper. Then marshalls where I found some picture frames for table numbers. Then lowes for gold spray paint. Then michaels for more vellum paper for programs. Then archivers for specialty paper to put in the gold frames. Then quick trip to grocery store, then got gas for the car. I felt better after just getting some things done. I don't like having a To Do list running through my head and want to get as much done as possible so I can relax a bit before the wedding. And if you made it through my entire post here- Thank you. hahaha

We are watcing the Iowa State football game tonight at a friends house and tomorrow we are going to a wedding for a good friend.

WR:
Finish up getting the wedding party gifts...
Wrap the said gifts...
Finish making the OOT bags
Finish Kids Activity Bags
Get the Rehersal/Grooms Dinner names and addresses to MIL
Complete the thank you notes from birthdays and new wedding presents we recieved yesterday
Count the centerpeices to make sure we have enough
Print out the programs so FI can assemble them next week on his week off!

NWR:
Saturday we are going to go to the casino with FI's grandpa - I'm excited to just get away for a couple hours!
Football on Sunday..

Rants: I am by myself this weekend at college, but its kind of nice having some me time! I think I am goign to be lazy all day, its chilly out!
Raves: I'm going to try the make-you-own photo-canvas today from the instructions on Pinterest, wish me luck!!

Rants: My vacation is coming to a close.  Back to work on Monday!

Raves: Going to look at BM dresses on Saturday, for my friends wedding next June.  Hoping we make a decision this time, so she can check it off her list!  Otherwise, I plan on relaxing, enjoying the cool weather & reading A LOT!  = )

FI will be up at his cabin for the weekend, so my dog and I will have the house to ourselves :-) I also have to stop at a family friend's house to check in on her cats.

Today is my good friend's birthday so we're all going to Buca for dinner then we might get our drink on!

WR:  Making truffles as our flavors.  YUM.  And trying to get a hold of all our vendors for final payments. 

NWR:  It's my last weekend at my part time job.  I'm sad but life is getting in the way.  I've never been sad about leaving a job before but that's how I feel about this one.

WR: I need to start cleaning out all of my glassware from the wedding so I can sell it and get it out of the basement!

NWR: Yardwork! MIL is bringing over some plants that we are going to transplant into my yard so I will need to get the spots ready to go. I think we are going to aerate and over seed also. Fun stuff...

WR: Nothing really. Just waiting on our E-pics from our photographer

NWR:  Sadly, we had two friends from High School pass away this last week, so we had a wake and a funeral to attend and then spending as much time this weekend with close friends from our hometown.  It is so crazy and we are realizing again how precious life can be.
