Vendor- Van Dusen Mansion

Hey Knotties, I just want to let you know about a ceremony and reception location that has come back on the scene under new management. The Van Dusen Mansion is in Minneapolis on LaSalle Ave near Franklin (on the same block as Semple). I am having my ceremony and reception there next summer and have had a great experience so far working with Matt Anderson and Lisa Brenna (who is in charge of the Mintahoe side of it-their catering partner). They both respond promptly to emails. The building is beautiful and romantic. Tell Matt that you heard it from me and he will get you an appointment right away.

    I agree!! Van Dusen is beautiful!! Ditto on Matt & Lisa - both have been super friendly and helpful so far. 

    FI and I are actually getting married there next year as well. Super excited they re-opened the venue for events again

    <font size="2"><font size="2">Security is required for all events serving alcohol. Security is priced at 55.00 per hour for entire event time. One security person is required per 100 guests.</font></font><font size="2"> <p>Included in the rental fee is a basic audiovisual sound system: four handheld and four lavalier microphones, pull down screen, </p></font><font face="Garamond,Garamond" size="2"><font face="Garamond,Garamond" size="2"><p>LCD projector and flipchart (no pads/markers); tables, banquet chairs.</p><p>Parking is available in adjacent lots for a fee of $5 per car. Parking must be paid for in advance.
