    What you're working on right now:  Finalizing the guest list and choosing readings for the ceremony.

    What you're most excited about the wedding:  Seeing all my friends and family in one place and exchanging vows with FI.  And the honeymoon!  Two weeks in Europe.

    Weekend Plans: Study, study, study.  I work full-time and go to law school at nights, so my weekends are full of studying.

    What you're most excited about the wedding: saying my vows, seeing my fiancee all dressed up in a tux, and celebrating with friends and family. I'm also excited about our first dance as husband and wife! :)

    Weekend Plans: Meeting with the Pastor, Meeting with the photographer, Finalizing Rehearsal dinner plans, hanging out with the fiancee :)

    What you're working on right now: Waiting!  Invites are out so RSVPs are trickling in, stuff I've ordered online is otw, dress is at the seamstress being altered, FI's ring is ordered.

    What you're most excited about the wedding: Other than getting married - seeing friends/family I haven't seen in a while and meeting FI's dad for the first time.

    Weekend Plans: New tires for my car and we're driving up to Lindstrom to buy brats from this place we love for the groom's dinner.

    What you're working on right now: FI and I are working on our registries at C&B, Macys, and BBB.  Just picked the bridesmaid dress and will be ordering at the beginning of April.   We have been engaged for awhile so we do 1 thing at a time and don't rush anything.  My sister is working on desigining our invites right now and we plan to make those sometime in June/July.  It's only March but with the weather we have been having it feels like May!

    What you're most excited about the wedding:  Coming into the church and seeing my FI at the end of the aisle and trying not to cry.   Marrying my best friend and just having fun with all my family and friends after all these months of planning!

    Weekend Plans: Not too exciting - meeting up with 1 of my BM's for her fitting then dinner.  Eye doctor tomorrow and then St Patty's celebrations.  I also want to clean out our storage unit and get rid of anything we don't need to give away.

    What you're working on right now: Just finalized the bridesmaid dress purchases, now I am waiting until July for when we are back in MN to do a tasting at the venue and 3-4 cake tastings.

    Weekend Plans: Going to a Pinterest party tonight...Pinterest inspired food/drink as well as 3 new crafts.

    What you're most excited about the wedding:  Having a big party with most of my family and friends in which I get to wear a kicka$$ dress and be married to an amazing man by the end of the day!

    Weekend Plans:  I'll be enjoying the rest of spring break and working one shift.

    Working on now: Just picked up all my copies at PostNet yesterday afternoon for our DIY invites.  Also trying to figure out our ceremony readings.
    Most excited about: Seeing all my planning come together into one fabulously fun evening.  I am also super psyched to spend two weeks in our fav travel destination for our honeymoon
    Weekend plans: Sunday we're hosting a "come help us put together our DIY invites and we'll feed you booze and yummy food" party!  We had a blast doing the same for our STDs so I'm confident it'll be another fun afternoon.

    Can't wait to read everyone else's posts!

    What you're working on right now: I'm collecting vintage books and mismatched silverware and making dessert tiers. I just ordered some paper and envelope samples for invites. I'm going to get Photoshop and make some designs. Hmmmm... lots of little things, I guess.

    What you're most excited about the wedding: Getting all of our friends and family together in one place to party and have a good time! :)

    Weekend Plans: Work, work, work. I have tons of homework to get done. I'll probably lay out on the deck tomorrow. I am also on a mission to finish Mockingjay before The Hunger Games opens on Friday!

    What you're working on right now: Invites, centerpieces, flower decisions, bridal accessories, and a lot of other things.  We decided in February to get married in June, so we have had to move pretty fast.

    What you're most excited about the wedding: The moment when we are officially married and then the fun party we get to have after that!

    What you're working on right now:     Trying to find a videographer that is in our price range. We have a lot of the big stuff out of the way (ceremony site, reception venue, photographer, photobooth). We're pretty sure we'll be booking our DJ in the next couple of weeks.

    What you're most excited about the wedding:     Saying my vows. I can't wait to marry my fiance!

    Weekend Plans:     Tomorrow we will be going to VFW in Stillwater for a luncheon for FI's brother that is leaving for basic training for the Marines in April. After that we will be participating in St. Patty's Day festivities. Sunday is going to be completely dedicated to homework!


    I sure hope this board becomes more active! I haven't been on here too long, but I do love it!

    Name: Sheless Wedding Date: May 18, 2012 What you're working on right now: Seems like mainly little stuff we are getting RSVP's back and keeping track of those, we need to get our license, dress fittings, and have some follow up with the vendors to do confirmations and make small tweaks. We really are in the home stretch! What you're most excited about the wedding: I'm excited for a few things! The church ceremony and vows, finally being married to my best friend, the food, and going on our honeymoon a week in Sonoma/San Francisco! Weekend Plans: Delivering the bridesmaid dress to my bridesmaid, tux fittings for my bridesmen, and packing for our vacation to Florida next week. I'm getting some slack for going on vacation 8 weeks before the wedding, but I highly recommend it cant wait to get away and not think about the wedding or work for a week!

We're also trying to figure out the kind of theme/vibe we want for our wedding. What you're most excited about the wedding: Being able to let everyone know how much I love this man!     What you're working on right now: Selecting and booking the last few vendors I still needed (hair/makeup, officiant).  Ordered a custom sash off Etsy (can't wait to see it!). First dress alterations appointment.  Follow up appointments with the florists and venue coming up soon. Trying to get myself (really) organized and make a firm "to do" list ... less than 6 months now, it is getting real!

    What you're most excited about the wedding:  Actually seeing all my hard work come together.  Marrying the love of my life!

    Weekend Plans: Went on a run around the lake and grilled out last night with my FI. At work right now - hopefully up to some St Patty's Day fun later.  Meeting with our officiant tomorrow!

    3. What You're Working on Now: Er, well my wedding is over, so nothing planning-wise. :) But I do hope to make some special framed photos from the wedding for my mom and dad for Mothers & Fathers day this year. And get started on a photo book online for our wedding album.

    4. Most Excited about: Well, I WAS most excited about just having a day with all my closest friends and family (aside from the obvious getting married part), and it was just so amazing.

    5. Weekend Plans:     Last night J had friends over to BBQ, today we are headed to my mom's to do the same. Tomorrow is likely study all day.
