Last song??

What are you playing for the last song at the reception?

Also what are your favorite songs to dance to at a wedding?

our last song is going to be "time of your life" by greenday

I have to admit, my favorite songs to dance to are always the cheesy obvious wedding reception songs such as shout, cupid shuffle, cotton eyed joe..  mostly because everyone knows what to do and gets so into it!!  I just want everyone to have fun.  I dont really care what the song is!

We had so many fun ones!

Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy was hillarious (this was my Dad's request!!)
    YMCA
    Shout
    Beer Barrel Polka
    Dancing Queen
We Are Family (appropriate for us because I have 2 sisters)
    Johnny B Goode
Aint Going Down til the Sun Comes Up

I'm sure there are more - just can't think of them.  We had one of our guests dance their way over to us and pleaded for a bad song to come on because he'd been dancing the entire time - just couldn't sit down because it was one good one after another. :)  What a compliment!

Our last song was the DJ's choice - they played Piano Man.

Our last song is going to be Piano Man by Billy Joel.  My FI is a St. John's graduate and there is a tradition with Johnnies because they play that song last at the bars in St. Joe.

We did "we are the champions" and that went over pretty well.
