Help me choose my chicken entree!

I've narrowed down the meal choices, but for the chicken meal, I can't decide which to go with.  We haven't done our tasting yet, but I just wanted to get an idea of what other people would prefer to see on the menu!  (all choices come with the usual salad, bread, veges, and potato).  TIA!

They all sound really yummy, but I voted for the one with the herb cheese and cashews.  Mmmmmm....

I like capers, but I think that one might have the narrowest appeal.

All 3 sound really, really good but I would be worried about nut allergies on the cashew one. (Though that would be the one I would choose...)

What other options are you serving?  I only ask because I know chicken is usually the 'safe' option for picky eaters, so keep that in mind.  Our chicken dish was a simple chicken marinara for people who were picky eaters.

They all sound delicious though!

 I picked the chicken with wild rice because wild rice is my fav!

I picked the chicken Saltimboca because thats what we are having at our dinner!!! It's so yummy.
