Bachelorette Party Ideas

I just moved to Columbus and I looking for some ideas for a friend's bachelorette party. I was thinking of renting a limo and go bar hopping. Any suggestions on limos or other means of transportation? Bar suggestions? or any other suggestions are welcome!

Some other ideas include day at the spa and then out to a bar or to someone's house for food and drinks. But the whole party bus sounds like a great idea, I know my H's friends did that for his bachelor party and they went all over the Arena District and German Village, etc.

The Big Bang!!!  Awesome piano bar in the arena district is sooo perfect for a bachelorette party.  I have been their twice for bachelorette parties, they make the brides to be and grroms to be get up on stange and dance or sit on the pianos while they sing or something. The arena district has a lot of bars and nice resturants that you can go to in walking distance also.

For my bachelorette party, we started the day with the bridal party getting pedicures, followed by Cheesecake Factory. My half-sisters were 2 of my bridesmaids and were teenagers, so we wanted to include them in some way. Then the rest of the bridal party, along with some other guests (my MOH planned the daytime but my boss and coworkers wanted to plan the night), started the night with dinner at Sushi Rock, then went to Social and some of the other bars in the Arena District. (We didn't need a limo since we were just going from bar to bar, and some of us were coming from my house in German Village- it would've been a waste of money for us. My husband ended up being the bridal party DD and drove us back to spend the night at our house.) I've heard good things about the Big Bang, and one of my coworkers just went to bachelorette party where they did a pole dancing class.

I'd suggest the Big Bang as well. I was there this past Saturday night for a bachelorette party (the third I've been to there) and we had a great time! There are also quite a few other bars in that area that are good for bach parties, such as Park Street Patio, Callahan's, Lodge Bar, Garage Bar, Brothers, Novak's, etc. There's a Hampton Inn right by all of those places, so an option could be getting a couple rooms and having some pre-gaming at the hotel, and then choosing from dozens of bar and restaurant options right there in walking distance.

Good luck and have fun! :)

I would also recommend Big Bang!  I went there for a friend's party, and it was a lot of fun.  We ate at Buca di Beppo before going out, and when they found out we were going to Big Bang they gave us free passes so we didn't have to pay the cover.
