Rehearsal Dinner

Any recommendations for a nice place for a rehearsal dinner around the downtown, Plaza, or Westport areas?  We will serve around 40 guests and are looking to keep it fairly inexpensive (~$30 per person) with a cash bar.

No specific type.  We're not picky!  We checked with Californos, but they don't offer the option of a cash bar.

Did you try somewhere like Brio's (on the plaza), JackStack (frieghthouse location), or Lydia's (itilian).  I called all three for our rehersal dinner but we ended up going with a place closer to our church.  HTH

We actually went with Jack Stack (freighthouse) and they do offer a cash bar.

Have you looked into Buca di Peppo? I know they do "family style" servings which can help cut down on costs. I do not know if they do an open bar. Let us know what you find! :-)
