I agree with Chi, DO NOT let out a single detail to your cousin. Swear your mother to secrecy, tell no other family anything. Don't take her or anyone in your family who can't keep their mouth shut dress shopping either. Your cousin IS being REALLY passive agressive. Or at least it seems that way. I wonder if it really was her fi's idea in the first place? I do get annoyed when people who got engaged after us pick dates before us, but it just means they don't get to enjoy being engaged as long as I do.  If I had a cousin like this, I would probably tell her exactly what I thought, you have more self control than I do.
