Jobs for non-brides maid friends?

I am only going to have 2 BM's, and would like to include several other friends- Just inviting them is not enough for me, I want them to feel special, because they are special to me.  Any ideas?

    Get them to be greeters, help all of y'all get your drink on for the wedding, help get you ready, and include them in photos, so they are seen!
