Hair/Makeup artist that doesn't charge for travel??

A friend is getting married very soon and is having a hard time finding a makeup artist that doesn't charge a travel fee. Services are only required for the bride and 1 bridesmaid, and $50 to $100 to travel for only 2 people is out of the question for her. She also doesn't care for the idea of going to a salon to get these services (which there would be no travel fee). 

Any ideas or suggestions?

    Two sisters hair and makeup does not charge a travel fee for New Orleans proper.

    Make Me Up Nola does not charge for travel, but I think they might have a minimum.  Most of them will charge you for parking fees even if they don't charge general travel fees.  It's expensive to park in the French Quarter.
