Any suggestions on unique weddings favors. Looking for something that says New Orleans that people will want to keep and remember.

There are many unique new orleans favors that are edible, such as slices of king cake, pralines, small bags of coffee, etc.

Roman Candy Man, I heard he also does mini taffy sticks,  make Pralines, choclate shaped in Fleur de Lis.  I found this from Old Town Praline [http://www.oldtownpraline.com/50-flur-de-liss-tr50.html].  They have mini fleur de lis chocolates for $30 for 50.  What about having a different selection for people to choose what to take home.
