Officiant Vow Renewal

Does anyone have a recommendation for an officiant for vow renewal.

We are having ceremony on balcony of Muriels and having dinner there with 30 people.

I do not want something very formal or long and we are not an overly religious family.

Any recommendations would be great.  I have been dragging my feet in choosing!
