I have gifts for my bridesmaids and my fiance' has gifts for his groomsmen and the usher, but who else do we need to get gifts for?  Please help!

I'm thinking of personalized picture frames for our parents.

Me and the fiance' already exchanged gifts : )  We did it early, we couldn't wait LOL

We're going to give all the parents a nice picture/frame of one of our wedding pics when they come back, but I'm also giving my parents something called THE BOOK OF MYSELF. Honestly, it's more a gift for me than them (!) in the long run...it's a journal type book that asks a bunch of different questions about recollections on childhood, teenage years, adulthood, etc - kind of a history of whomever is filling it out.  I just thought it would be a nice rememberance to have

I think a beautiful picture of the both you would be a nice gift to the parents. Maybe that along with a hand written note. Or you could make one of those mini (6x6) photo books (you can use shutterfly) to make a personalized  book for them. One of my patient's daughters made one for her and she loved it because she was able to share the wedding pics with friends and aquaintances. It was small enough to that she could carry it around with her.

Those are great ideas!  I love that Book of Myself idea.  I'm going to look into that.  Can you tell me where you found that, Dana?

I think I'm going to do personalized frames from personalizationmall.com (LOVE that site... highly recommend it for gifts for any occasion) and give them at the rehearsal dinner, then after the wedding when I get all of my pics back I can do the Shutterfly books.

I actually found Book of Myself at Barnes and Nobles.  I think in that section that has journals/gifts that is usually up near the check out.  But, I'm pretty sure most major bookstores/Amazon would carry this.  I think there was a similar book called The Book of Me, but you get the general picture.  There are both fun and serious questions.  My fiance' and I actually went through it and learned some new things!</div>
