Secrets Resorts for Honeymoon

Has anyone ever stayed at a Secrets Resort for their Honeymoon? If so, where did you go and how was your experience?

    Our TA recommended Sandals over Secrets. I have never stayed at a Secrets.

    We stayed at a Secrets for 2 nights of our 2 week Jamaican honeymoon last October (we stayed at a more local, smaller resort on 7 mile beach in Negril for the rest). It was the Secrets in Ocho Rios and it was AMAZING. My husband and I wish we had the budget to have stayed there longer... we had the best time. I personally thing they are more luxurious than Sandals (though I believe they are slightly more pricey). Everything there (food, rooms, service, ammenities) were awesome - best hotel I've ever been to (and I've stayed at lots of all-inclusives in Jamaica, Mexico and the Virgin Islands).

    We have been to Secrets Silversands in Riviera Maya two years in a row.  Love Secrets!  Have heard it is much better than Sandals.

    another option is Couples resorts.  We are staying at Couples in Jamica but I have heard the same thing that Secrets is more luxurious than sandals
