Overhills girls

I have been working with John at 40 west to order beer and all that jazz...i told him our concern about running out too soon and just heard music to my ears...if we are running low we call and he brings more!! sigh or relief!!! BTW-he is super nice...i've been bugging him about oktoberfest for 2 weeks...he assures me it's coming tomorrow!

Are you getting the liquor from there also? Does he provide a detailed price sheet for all the different brands? Also -- I'm finding Bob (menu guy at Overhills) to be kind of annoying to deal with.... he never fully answers any of my questions! And their brochure, besides being ghastly to look at, is spectacularly unhelpful. I cannot get a good sense of what my options are within my price point, and Bob isn't helpful either... I'm about at my wits end with them right now. :(It's SUCH a beautiful venue and so reasonably priced, it's still totally worth it... plus I'm sure it will all work out fine in the end. It's just that making the initial plans has been a trial.

they are kinda a pain to deal with...you kinda have to be on top of things...i find it easier to call them...try working with Lynda she's been great.  I feel like things there are very laid back and I am not so that's why I've felt uneasy...but it seems to be going smoothly so far.  The bar stuff isn't very detailed...you just call John from 40 west a few weeks before and place your order...it was kinda weird but I think he has his stuff together.

If you're dealing with Bob through e-mail, it can get frustrating, but he's great on the phone.
