I just went through the whole name change thing.  The MVA is easy - and you can go to an Express branch.  I had to show our marriange licence (the original is fine - they don't keep it).  And you have to go to SS first (if you haven't already), and then wait 48 hours for the systems to update.  Just FYI.Good luck!!

    Yeah, I went to SS and have my card - but since we live in Glen Burnie the closest Express offices to us are a 20-30 minute drive, so including travel time I'd probably have just as much luck going to the annapolis or GB one first thing in the morning.
