How do you create your photo sharing business cards?

I used vistaprint and I used one of their preloaded designs and I got them for free and all I had to do was pay for postage.

Ditto PP.  I created mine through VP with their 250 free business card deal.  The site I used was shutterfly.

Emarston--  You've got good taste!  We ordered those same business cards (blank) and used them as escort cards for our wedding!  : )

Abbey - how did you display them since it's not like a tent where it would sit upright?

I got 4 plastic trays and filled them with a shallow layer of fish gravel (lol, it was the cheapest thing that was black) and then stuck the cards in them upright.  We wrote the name and then table on each one.  Hopefully that makes some amount of sense?

Here's a pic of it.  This was towards the end of the reception, so the cards there are just the people that didn't come/didn't take their card.  It looked much better when they were all full, but this gives the general idea.
