First Florist Appt....

So I have my first meeting with a florist today and I'm not exactly sure what questions I should be asking or what things I should come prepared with. I have some pictures printed out, but I assume I need counts for people in the bridal party, corsages and bouts for the mom's and dads and such.

Can you ladies provide some input on what I might need?

I've met with 2 different florists, and both appointments were relatively similar.  They ask you most of the important questions, to help guide you along.  They'll ask what you like in terms of centerpieces (tall, short, a mix of both, etc.)  If you need cake flowers, a head table arrangement, ceremony/church flowers.  They'll ask how many bridesmaids & groomsmen you have, how many additional boutennieres and corsages you need (parents, grandparents, readers, whoever else you want).  They'll ask if there are any specific types of flowers you HATE, and any specific types of flowers you LOVE.  For me it was a bit difficult when it came to that part, bc I don't know much about types of flowers other than that I love roses.  You may want to ask if they'll do a sample arrangement for you once you book them and discuss details.  That's what my plan is, because otherwise I'll NEVER be able to get a picture in my mind of what my flowers will look like!

You may want to also ask about clean up...if you're required to collect the vases at the end of the night, or if they come do clean up as well.
