T-Plex/Piquette Plant Brides GTG

Just a reminder to all T-Plex brides and potential brides, you're invited to our mini GTG on Sunday at Good Girls Go to Paris Crepes in Detroit at 11am. Yay! I can't wait for this. Hope you ladies don't mind that my mom will be tagging along as well, since we will be heading to the bridal show at the Palace afterwards

Also, a former Detroit Knottie who was married at the T Plex last year has very graciously shared some advice with me that I will be bringing on Sunday!

See you then! I'm not sure yet what I'll be wearing but I will have my wedding binder and possibly some other wedding things with me, so hopefully we will be able to pick each other out. I'm thinking about calling tomorrow to see if we can set aside a table, so if you could let me know if you're definitely coming, I'd appreciate it! Does anyone know if Good Girls takes reservations or would set a table aside?

Good idea/bad idea to bring the FI? He pouted a little when I told him he couldn't come - thought it best to ask if that would be incredibly awkward!

FOR THE FIRST ONE THERE! Definitely tell whoever seats you that you're expecting other people and tell the hostess that your table is the "TPLEX" table - that way when others come in all they have to do is ask for the "TPLEX" table and the hostess will know where to sit us! (I will do this if I'm the first one to arrive)

If no one else responds, I would expect that there will be at least 5 of us total?

I say bring FI! I am not opposed in the least. Mine won't be there bc he has no interest in going to the wedding show after, but he has had some good ideas that I'll share on his behalf

I'll be at the bridal show.  My MOH didn't want to go to the TPlex luncheon because her wedding is April 7th (first of the year for TPlex) and felt she couldn't benefit.  I disagreed, but that's where we left it.  I do know she just bought LED tea lights for $7.50 per box of 25, I found them at Kroger.  Insane deal.  

Anyway...bombshell!  That's right by my house :0)

Hi ladies! We're most likely having our ceremony and reception at the Tplex in 2013 with around 220 people. The place is amazing! I'd like to get your input on how you are laying out the tables with the dance floor. Thanks!

I came across your thread and thought I'd reach out.  I am getting married at the T-Plex next October and I'm both excited and nervous because there are so many possibilities for the space.  If any of you can share what you did to make your weddings spectacular (as I'm sure they were), I'd be so grateful.  THANK YOU and Congratulations!
