Hello ladies! I was wondering if you could share your Day Of Timelines....today is the 100 day mark and I am starting to freak out Just want to get things in order!! Thank you!

10:00am          Hair and Makeup, estimated time

 2:00pm           Getting dressed, estimated time

3:00pm           French’s Flowers will arrive, estimated time

 

Pink Elephant Cupcakes will arrive to delivery cupcakes

 3:30pm           Tammara will arrive at Arnaldo’s to set up

·         Please list everything that needs to be set up for the reception:

o   Centerpieces, Children’s Table, Sweetheart Table, Entry Table (Guest Book Tree, Seating Chart, Decorations), Favor Table (Popcorn Buffet)

 4:00pm           Photographer Nicolelee Photography arrives

4:30pm           Ceremony musician Geary Goodman will arrive, estimate time

DJ Moonboogie Media will arrive to set up, estimated time

5:30pm           Ceremony

6:30pm           Reception begins Arnaldo’s Banquet Center

7:10pm           Grand Entrance

7:15pm           Cake cutting

7:20pm           Toasts from Maid of Honor and Best Man

·         Father of the Bride and Step Father of the Bride

7:30pm           Dinner start time

·         Buffet

 8:30pm           Formal Dances

·         First dance

·         Father/daughter

·         Mother/son

·         Anniversary dance

 12:00am          Bar closes

 12:30am          Reception Ends

8am - Bridesmaids Hearty Breakfast time!

9am-12pm - Hair & Makeup, Bridesmaids Getting Ready, Groomsmen Breakfast time

11am-12pm - Groomsmen Getting Ready

12pm - Pictures @ The Westin with Bride & Groom (Bridal Party final touches on wardrobe/make-up etc.)

12:30pm - Bus picking us up at the Westin

12:30pm-4:30pm - Pictures around Detroit (The Guardian Building, Riverwalk, Belle Isle). 

--> Need to provide lunch for the wedding party/everyone in the bus.

4:30pm - Bus dropping us off at T-Plex

4:30pm-5pm - Freshen up, relax, makeup touch-ups etc.

5pm - Ceremony

5:45pm - Cocktails/Appetizers/Pictures with Family

6:15pm - Dinner

6:30pm - Toasts (find out who wants to give a toast)

7:30pm - First Dance

7:45 - Cake cutting

8:15pm-9:15pm- Dance Performance/Instruction

12:30am - Bride & Groom leave

9:30pm-1:30am - Shuttle bus to/from Hotel

This is still a rough timeline, I still need to book some vendors so things might change slightly.
