Bus companies and day of coordinators-recs needed

Hi Ladies.

I am looking for recommendations for bus companies and day of wedding coordinators in the upper hudson valley(ulster, orange as opposed to Westchester).

For those of you hired day of coordinators, what is the average price for such a service and what were some of the questions you asked when you first met with them?

I used JTR Transportation in Lagrange.  JTRbus.com
I didn't use a day of coordinator.  We didn't need one our reception hall took care of everything for the reception and I had a friend handle things at the chapel.

We used West Point Tours for our shuttle bus and the bus was nice and clean, on time, and affordable.

We used Leprechaun Lines for our 2 55-person shutle busses. they had teh best prices (we called a lot of places), and the service was excellent.

We used ANN Transportation for a shuttle van, they have buses too.  No complaints!

Didn't use a day of coordinator.

I hired Lauren Paige as my coordinator.  I hired her for full planning and she is doing a fantastic job!  I don't know what she charges for day of but I found her prices to be on the lower end of what I was quoted by other coordinators. She was recommended here on the Knot by others.

We used JTR for a bus and had a great experience.  THey were very accomodating and easy to work with.

I'm using Lauren for day of! If you book day of by the end of this month for a 2011 wedding you get $50 off. I'm paying 850 I think??? It's her most expensive day of one but I think it was the best value... there are cheaper ones too.
