Rain option for photos

I have some great outdoor photo ops.  But what if it rains?
Anyone in lower Rockland County have any ideas for anything pretty and indoors?

I can't help you on this one, but I'm curious- will you do pics outside in the rain (if it does end up raining)?  I've seen super cute photos of the bride and bridesmaids lifting up their dresses and they all have rain boots on, or kissing in the rain (under umbrellas of course).  I think they can make for some really great photos sometimes

Everything is at the Colonial Inn in Norwood.  True, I guess I was just thinking traditional, but Ive seen some cute ones too.  Nice thinking!

I'm having that same issue. Getting married at Patriot Hill and I don't have a great backup plan if it rains. I love the idea of cute umbrella pics and rain boots, but I really don't want to buy all that stuff if it isn't necessary. You know?
tsteger - are you okay with doing pics indoors? You can always talk to the coordinator at your venue and see what their suggestion is... That's what I plan on doing.

We are getting married there too. Our Photographer had some great Ideas. We are doing large floral centerpieces. So by the large picture window in the back he would take some of the center pieces down and put them on the ledge and we would do some pictures there. He showed me some samples of times he had to improvise and they were pretty nice.
Another place was the comfort Inn In nanuet. They have a nice little sitting room with couches and a fire place if you had to that is an option as well. I would suggest alerting your florist of the possibility of needing one addition arrangement to gussy an indoor spot up.

That's where I'm staying/getting ready. I didn't even think about their sitting room. Thanks for that suggestion!
